NOTICE OF VIOLATION FORM

A landlord should use this form if the Landlord is alleging that the Tenant has violated the lease for reasons that do not include “Nonpayment of rent”. The tenant has five business days to remedy the violation. If the tenant does not remedy the violation, the landlord may formerly file for eviction with the court.

NOTICE TO VACATE FORM
​
A landlord should use the Notice to Vacate form for "Nonpayment of Rent". When five business days pass, the Landlord may formerly file for eviction with the court.
​
RETURN TO PREMISES FORM
​
A landlord should use this form when the Premises has no Lease or an Expired Lease. The landlord must issue the notice ten days prior to the end of the current month. If the tenant does not turn over the premises, the landlord may formerly file for eviction with the court.
